Terms & conditions

These terms govern use of precisionhardware.net and, when online ordering is enabled, eligible purchases accepted by Precision Hardware. By accessing the site, you agree to these terms and thePrivacy Policy. Checkout will require a separate, affirmative acknowledgement of the then-current version of these terms.

1. Catalog information, pricing, and availability

Catalog descriptions, images, specifications, prices, promotions, and availability may change without notice. A catalog listing, cart selection, or displayed price does not create an offer, reserve inventory, guarantee a price, or form a contract. Product information may contain an error; any future order is subject to review and acceptance before it is submitted for fulfillment.

Supplier eligibility, manufacturer restrictions, minimum advertised price or other price rules, inventory, destination, and legal requirements may cause an item or order to be unavailable. Precision Hardware may correct an error, limit a quantity, decline an order, or cancel an unaccepted order where permitted by law.

2. Eligibility and lawful use

You must use the site and any purchasing service only for lawful purposes. You are responsible for confirming that your intended purchase, possession, transfer, and use of an item are lawful in your jurisdiction. Precision Hardware may apply stricter supplier, manufacturer, payment, destination, age, and fulfillment limits than the minimum requirements of applicable law.

The age gate is an access confirmation only. It is not an eligibility determination, a background check, an FFL transfer approval, or an authorization to purchase a regulated item.

3. Firearms and regulated products

Eligible firearms will be shipped only to a valid receiving Federal Firearms Licensee (FFL) for the required transfer. Firearms cannot be shipped to a P.O. Box. The customer must provide accurate receiving-FFL information and comply with all transfer requirements before an order can proceed.

Ammunition, magazines, parts, accessories, and other regulated products may be subject to age, identity, documentation, carrier, supplier, manufacturer, and destination restrictions. The current Zanders Direct Ship fulfillment path does not support NFA items or hazmat items. SeeOrder restrictions andShipping policy.

4. Orders, payment, and fulfillment

Orders are accepted only after the applicable checkout controls, payment authorization, product eligibility review, and destination review are complete. Precision Hardware will use an approved hosted or tokenized payment flow and will not request that customers send payment-card numbers or card-security codes by email.

An order submitted to a Direct Ship supplier may not be changed or cancelled after submission. Any requested change or cancellation will require review with the supplier and is not guaranteed. Additional charges may apply to address corrections, undeliverable shipments, returns to sender, or reshipments when permitted and disclosed before the order is accepted.

5. Shipping, returns, and refunds

Shipping availability and restrictions are described in theShipping policy. Returns require an authorized RMA and are governed by theReturns & refunds policy. Product- specific, manufacturer, safety, transfer, and legal requirements may impose additional conditions.

6. Website use

You may not interfere with the site, attempt unauthorized access, evade security controls, introduce malicious code, scrape or harvest information in a manner that harms the service, impersonate another person, or use the site in violation of law. Precision Hardware may restrict access to protect the site, customers, suppliers, and compliance processes.

7. Intellectual property

The site’s design, text, graphics, logos, and other content are owned by or used with permission by Precision Hardware or its licensors and are protected by applicable intellectual-property laws. No rights are granted except the limited right to use the site in accordance with these terms.

8. Disclaimers and limitation of liability

To the extent permitted by law, the site and catalog information are provided “as is” and “as available.” Precision Hardware does not guarantee that the site will be uninterrupted, error-free, or that any catalog information will remain current. Nothing on the site is legal advice; consult a qualified attorney or the appropriate authority if you are uncertain about an item’s legal status in your jurisdiction.

Nothing in these terms excludes a liability that cannot lawfully be excluded or limited. Additional terms, including applicable governing law, dispute-resolution, and severability provisions, will be published and versioned as required before an order is accepted.

9. Changes to these terms

Precision Hardware may update these terms as the site and commerce program develop. The current version will be posted here. Material checkout terms will be presented for affirmative acknowledgement before they apply to an order.
