Cancellations

The payment is only an authorization.It has not been captured, and this site has not sent it to a supplier.

Emailorders@precisionhardware.netwith the order number as soon as possible. A request made before capture can be voided. A request does not change an order that has already been sent to a supplier.

After Direct Ship supplier submission

Zanders requires cancellation requests for submitted Direct Ship orders to be handled by Zanders Direct Ship or the assigned Zanders sales representative. Precision Hardware will submit the request promptly, but cannot guarantee a supplier cancellation once an order has been submitted for fulfillment.

Shipment changes

Changes to a shipping address, receiving FFL, or other fulfillment details after supplier submission may be unavailable or may result in additional charges. Any permitted request will be reviewed with the supplier before it is confirmed.
